Alby Hub is a Web, Desktop app in the payments & wallets category of the Nostr ecosystem. Alby Hub is a self-custodial Lightning node you can run with a single tap. It plugs into Nostr via NWC (Nostr Wallet Connect) so your clients can zap and pay directly from your own node. It is fully open source, so the code can be audited and self-hosted. It supports Lightning zaps, letting you tip creators and peers directly in sats. It supports Nostr Wallet Connect (NWC), so it can pay from your own Lightning wallet. As a Nostr-native application, Alby Hub ties to a public key only you control and communicates over open relays, so there is no corporate account to lose access to.
